Meet Kevin

Born and raised in the South Bay, Kevin Porizek has spent his life building deep roots in the community he proudly calls home. After attending local schools and graduating from Bishop Montgomery High School in 1977, Kevin went on to earn his Associate’s Degree from El Camino College.

Before entering real estate, Kevin enjoyed a successful career in the aerospace industry, gaining valuable experience and a strong work ethic that would later become the foundation of his real estate career. In 1999, Kevin made the transition into real estate and has since built a reputation as a knowledgeable, dedicated, and trusted real estate professional.

With hundreds of successful home sales throughout his career, Kevin specializes in El Camino Village, where his extensive knowledge of the neighborhood, its homes, and the local market provides his clients with a distinct advantage. His longevity in the business and firsthand understanding of the South Bay have made him a trusted resource for generations of buyers and sellers.

Kevin is also an active member of the community and believes strongly in giving back to the area that has been his home for decades. Outside of real estate, he enjoys playing darts, golfing, and—most importantly—spending time with his family. Kevin is the proud father of three children and grandfather to three grandchildren.
