Meet Randy

Born and raised in the South Bay, Randy Porizek brings a deep-rooted connection to the community and a proven track record of success to every real estate transaction. A proud graduate of North High School in 2004, Randy went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from California State University, Long Beach in 2008—bringing a strong analytical and problem-solving approach to the business of real estate.

Since beginning his real estate career, Randy has successfully completed more than 200 real estate transactions, helping buyers, sellers, investors, and families navigate the market with confidence. He earned his California Broker’s License in 2017 and holds certifications in Commercial Real Estate and as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, continuing to expand his expertise to better serve his clients.

Beyond real estate, Randy is a devoted husband and proud father of two boys. When he’s not working, he enjoys surfing, golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Randy’s local roots, analytical background, experience, and commitment to his clients make him a trusted resource for all things real estate. And while he may not be completely fluent in Spanish yet, he’s working on it—currently holding a Duolingo Spanish level of 88!
